Process Engineer (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities: Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks. Implement lean manufacturing techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to streamline operations and reduce waste. Continuously monitor processes and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance. Lead or participate in ongoing continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve safety. Introduce innovative solutions, such as new technologies, to improve production processes. Develop, test, and implement new process improvements to enhance product quality and throughput. Line efficiencies Monitor line stoppages Analyse loss time Work with the operators to implement improvements Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering 3-5 Years of experience as a Process Engineer Continuous Improvement Experience FMCG / Pharmaceutical experience
