Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic Agile DevOps team on the Digital Platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leveraging advanced analysis skills, testing tools, and frameworks to define and design system requirements. This role requires both technical expertise in system analysis and an understanding of business operations to shape the future of clients products. You will translate requirements into detailed specifications, outlining integration points, and collaborate with squads during delivery and integration activities, ensuring seamless communication between development teams and project stakeholders Education / Business Degree - Computer Sciences Post Graduate Diploma - IT and Computer Sciences - Knowledge of Agile methodology - 5- 10 Years - Business Analysis and Design - 5 -10 Years - Analyse business needs and provide solutions Core: - Business Process Analysis: In-depth understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to identify areas for improvement, optimize efficiency, and drive business transformation. - Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation. - Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that business needs are effectively communicated and addressed. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficient in analyzing business data, generating insights, and creating reports to inform decision-making and measure business performance. - Agile and Waterfall Methodologies: Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies to support project execution and delivery in both flexible and structured environments. - Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles to support the transition of business processes, systems, and technologies within the organization. - Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Understanding of the SDLC, including stages of planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, to ensure alignment between business and IT. - Process Modelling Tools: Proficient in using process modelling and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart) to visualize and communicate business processes. - Risk and Impact Analysis: Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with business changes, ensuring that potential impacts are clearly understood and addressed. - Testing and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of creating test plans, test cases, and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that business requirements are met by the developed solutions. - Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to analyze and visualize data for business insights.
