Group Head of Data and Digital

My client in woodmead has a position of Group Head of Data and Digital. Job description: Lead the development and drive the execution of the company digital strategy for the global business, that is line with the business strategic priorities and imperatives. The Head of Digital is also responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that can increase website traffic, improve customer engagement and drive revenue. Developing and implementing a digital strategy. Oversee and lead the analysis, implementation, and testing of technological solutions. Lead the determination of business needs and identify weaknesses from a technological perspective. Lead the assessment and analysis of technological business practices and procedures that support the global business technology requirements. Lead as a project SME and/or lead implementation specialist for the development and implementation of digital initiatives across the business. Ensure the effective working relationship with the project managers to review and monitor the quality of project deliverables, oversee project tracking, and ensure that project management processes are understood, adhered to, and institutionalised for consistent high quality. Lead the development measurements to track progress and identify course corrections as needed for consistent and high-quality delivery. Lead manage and oversee the design of IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality. Act as a key liaison between the business leadership, Technology teams, Engineering teams and project teams by collecting and presenting customer experiences to DevOps teams, IT Service Managers and external service providers based on technology and product issues encountered across the business. Lead the demonstration of end-to-end innovation and technical expertise across the product portfolio through the performance of typical work activities. Ensure the effective tracking and measuring of the success of digital initiatives. Lead the preparation of IT reporting and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Manage the preparation of IT and technological reports, IT projections, and analysis to support the market / regional / corporate financial and operational objectives. Lead the liaison with the shared services and other cross-functional teams to support the implementation and sustainability of technological platforms and systems. Manage and make recommendations and advise senior executives throughout the technological consultation process. Qualification and experiences: BSc Computer Science, Information Systems Any other relevant technology degree is advantageous Postgraduate qualification and / or a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be advantageous Agile methodologies 10-12 years experience with in-depth project management experience. At least 5 years as the head of digital. Cross functional matrix oversight.
