Systems Analyst

About the role We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Analyst to join our dynamic Agile DevOps team on the Digital Platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leveraging advanced analysis skills, testing tools, and frameworks to define and design system requirements. This role requires both technical expertise in system analysis and an understanding of business operations to shape the future clients products. You will translate requirements into detailed specifications (Full Stack, Cross System), outlining integration points, and collaborate with squads during delivery and integration activities, ensuring seamless communication between development teams and project stakeholders Duties and responsibilities Conducting system analysis and designing new IT solutions Modifying existing systems to meet business needs Testing, debugging, and resolving issues Providing technical support Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Requirements Minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role Proven expertise in system analysis and IT solutions design Strong technical skills and familiarity with software development Excellent problem-solving abilities Diploma/Degree in information technology 5 plus years experience been System Analyst Work with Tribe Leads (Technical Product/Service Owners), Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers to unpack solutions and service requirements. Test new services and create comprehensive service documentation (experience with JMeter, Postman, or SOAP-UI is beneficial). Experience in business and system analysis work Experience working in an agile environment and feature teams Technical background is required
