Job Description
Job Purpose: To drive sales growth and profitability within Quarts, Granite & Sintered Stone Surfaces business by leading and motivating a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets and quotas for the team. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provide regular coaching and feedback to the sales team. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Sales management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately. Develop and implement effective sales tools and processes. Monitor and control sales expenses. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. Provide excellent customer service. Required Skills and Experience: Proven track record in sales leadership and management. Strong understanding of the kitchen surfaces industry, including quartz and granite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Proficiency in CRM and sales software. A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
