Job Description
Possible duties: Oversee daily operations of the hotels restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and support staff. Develop and maintain high-quality service standards, training staff to exceed expectations. Manage reservations and optimize table turnover while maintaining a personalized guest experience. Collaborate with the culinary team to craft innovative menus that reflect the hotels unique brand. Monitor and manage inventory, placing orders to ensure adequate stock levels. Implement and maintain health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle guest feedback, resolving concerns promptly and professionally. Prepare and manage the restaurants budget, tracking performance against targets. Plan and execute special events or promotions in collaboration with the marketing team. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end or boutique setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences. Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
