Example skills and attributes are below: - Senior Client interface for the company o Facing off to client senior management teams will require strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with senior client management teams. o The ability to build deep trusted long-term relationships with high-level stakeholders. o Acting as an intermediary between the company and the client organisation, ensuring clarity and understanding o Strong leadership and decision-making ability to handle complex situations and guide teams toward solutions o Ability to address conflicts, negotiate terms, and find mutually beneficial solutions - Keeps the company strategy in mind when qualifying the companies opportunities Pipeline Management o Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent and sustainable growth aligned to a pre-existing account strategy. o Collaborate across the company and the Client to identify and target new opportunities. o Keeps the company strategy in mind when qualifying the companies opportunities - Proposals and Contracting o Lead the preparation, negotiation, and finalisation of customer proposals and contracts. o Ensure all proposals align with company goals, customer needs, and financial targets. o Work closely with the companies leadership and engineering to mitigate risks and ensure contractual obligations are achievable. - Revenue Generation o Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base. o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic initiatives. - Delivery Quality o Oversee the execution of projects and services to ensure they meet customer expectations and company standards. o Identify issues ahead of time and inspire teams to be curious and solve issues before it becomes visible to clients o Implement metrics and KPIs to evaluate delivery performance and customer satisfaction. o Drive a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery processes. - Managed Service SLA Compliance o Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all managed services. o Proactively address and resolve any service issues or escalations. o Collaborate with the Managed Services team to optimise service reliability and efficiency. Client related domain experience that is required: - Mining and commodity related operational improvement - Supply chain and logistics digital operational process improvement, outside of implementing traditional ERP systems Background experience: - Proven experience in customer management, sales leadership, and service delivery. - Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines. Key Competencies: - Worked in a consulting environment, with excellent experience of building new client relationships, monetizing existing relationships, deal origination where an RFP does not exist, selling and solution design for complex business process improvement - Strong track record of completing commercial agreements and impactful messages to senior stakeholders - Strong commercial acumen linked to achieving client outcomes - Demonstrates strong versatility and can thrive in innovative situations - Viewed as an expert in your chosen field Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
