Parts Sales Supervisor

Minimum 7-9 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Diploma / NQF6 qualification or similar, is required Parts experience within automotive, engineering or construction equipment industries is required Reporting to the Head of Parts Business, the Parts Sales Supervisor oversees the Parts sales function within the Parts Department and ensures that all policies and processes as set out by the business are adhered to. The Parts Sales Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring that all operational activity is carried out efficiently and effectively. Key focus to be on growing our market share, market participation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensures day to day parts sales functions are performed as efficiently to drive customer satisfaction. Administering external and internal customer queries and ensuring the customers needs are satisfied. Supervising all counter sales personnel within the Parts Department and ensuring that tasks are carried out as efficiently and accurately as possible in line with the policies and procedures set out by the business. Managing the Parts WIP and ensuring compliance to the set KPIs. Developing, updating, and effectively rolling out standard operating procedures for the parts sales teams nationally and ensuring compliance, as well as addressing non-conformance. Monitoring the parts quotation report and maintaining a high quotation conversion rate as per KPI. Assisting & advising the Head of Parts Business in identifying marketing opportunities and market intelligence to increase our participation.
