Systems Administrator

Qualifications: 3-5 years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role. Proficiency in databases, LAN/WAN networks, and patch management. Expertise in PowerShell CLI scripting and automation. Hands-on experience with HyperV/Vmware and DNS management. Familiarity with website hosting/CDN. Requirements: System administration certifications (Linux, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus. Knowledge of system security, data backup/recovery, and disaster recovery processes. Excellent communication skills and a resourceful problem-solving aptitude. Preferred: MSCE, A/N/Security, ITIL Foundations, Linux/Red Hat, Azure, Office 365, VMWare, and IBM Power Administration. Key Performance Areas (KPAs): Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. Perform backups, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
