Senior Engineering Project Manager (Chef de Projet) - Biotech

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager (Chef de Projet) to oversee major capital expenditure projects. This role focuses on managing all phases of industrial projects, from initial needs assessment to final qualification and commissioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality standards, while also contributing to the continuous enhancement of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee major CAPEX projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Manage all phases of industrial projects, from identifying needs to final qualification and commissioning.
• Gather user requirements and oversee design and implementation studies.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reports on progress.
• Draft detailed project and technical specifications.
• Manage supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate project pre-reception, completion, and oversee contractors and subcontractors involved.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) systems and practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Engineering degree
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and industrial processes
• Experience in managing projects in a GMP regulated environment
• Fluency in English
• Team player with a proactive approach to driving process improvements
