About the job


Development

  1. Develop solution design options and recommendations, balancing business needs with technical complexity for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  2. Maintain, refactor, and enhance the customized Salesforce-based application using various Salesforce technologies.
  3. Design and implement solutions in line with industry coding standards and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
  4. Optimize code and configuration for improved system performance.
  5. Design and architect custom applications, objects, and data models within Salesforce.
  6. Strong knowledge: APEX, Lightning component, LWC, API, Flows.
  7. Other environments: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall, Modjo, Salesloft, GitHub, Visual Studio Code, SFDX.

Integration

  1. Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems and web services.
  2. Ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and external platforms.

Release Management and Testing

  1. Design, build, and test: Use our ticketing management tool to design solutions and follow the delivery process based on agile methods, conduct system testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) to ensure application quality and stability.
  2. Plan and execute Salesforce releases and upgrades, ensuring a seamless transition for end-users.
  3. Maintain sandbox and production orgs.

Collaborate with multiple teams

  1. Understand and evaluate business requirements in the context of Swile's overall system solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements such as Product, Data, Marketing, Sales, AM, Partnership, Legal, Risk, Security, and HR.

  1. Have experience: ideally 5+ years of relevant engineering experience or in a similar job in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  2. Master our Salesforce tech stack: APEX, LWC, Flows, VS Code.
