Functieomschrijving Do you want to play a crucial role and have an impact on developing design for E-Axle project in Europe? Then, you are ready to j oin our Powertrain Business Development team as a Design Engineer Your mission will be to ensure that the vehicle components are designed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively while meeting performance criteria and regulatory requirements. What will you work on? Integrate AISIN e-axle design team and apply AISIN development steps toward e-axle freeze (methodology, criteria and so on). Support AISIN-EUR purchasing team during local supplier’s discussion related to ongoing localisation projects. Survey EU e-axle development best practise, technology through symposiums, fair, supplier visit. Thanks to the above methodology, asses some of the EU market specificities (EU material, technology) that can bring improvement on AISIN e-axle product (cost reduction, performance increase, sustainability improvement). Finally, based on above activity, influence Japan e-axle design & product roadmap to better match EU market expectations.
