We are currently looking for a Senior Gearbox & Systems Engineer to join our F1 Team in Faenza, Italy. In collaboration with the entire team, the Senior Gearbox & Systems Engineer is primarily responsible for mechanical assembly validation through bench test characterization, ensuring that parts that reach the track are always performing and reliable at the level they are designed to. This role also involves attending Race and Test events remotely, investigating issues that arise on the track, and implementing effective procedures to ensure the car is race-ready at every event. Following the directions of the Line Manager, the Gearbox & Systems Engineer will also be involved in Pit Stop data analysis to monitor performance, reliability, and management of the technical kit, contributing to the overall success of the Pit Stop Crew.
