IT Systems Support Engineer (Support Sorcerer)

Job Description: As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for their clients across various locations. This role will require regular travel to client sites, where you will diagnose issues, implement solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems Skills and Experience: Proven experience (3 years) as an IT Systems Support Engineer or similar role Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and networking fundamentals Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client sites Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant qualifications Contact CARLIN FISHER on
