Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage month-end financial processes, including preparation of audit files, financial reporting, and collaboration with external auditors for annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with all legal and tax obligations, including VAT, PAYE, income tax, and dividend tax submissions, while managing SARS audits. Oversee payroll processing and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Drive the development and improvement of internal financial controls, business processes, and procedures. Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and asset management activities while delivering actionable insights for business decision-making.
