Job Description: Provide exceptional technical support to clients regarding our software products Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently and effectively Collaborate with the development team to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements Assist in the creation and updating of user documentation and support materials Train users on software functionalities and best practices Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of software development processes and tools Experience in troubleshooting software issues, preferably with a background in C# or React Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for technology and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Contact CARLIN FISHER on
