Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Cold calling to identify and generate new business opportunities Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals Sourcing your own leads and opportunities through proactive research and networking Serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related matters Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers Developing trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors Ensuring timely and successful delivery of custom software solutions that meet customer needs and objectives Communicating the progress of sales initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders Forecasting and tracking key account metrics to achieve sales targets Identifying growth opportunities within the sector and collaborating with development teams to drive business growth Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed Requirements: Proven experience in software sales and business development Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Experience working in Agile software development environments A keen interest in business process automation and the application of bespoke cloud-based software solutions to improve business efficiency for customers
