Job Description
As an Internal Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored training programs, creating engaging training materials, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support to ensure all employees can effectively utilize the companys IT systems. Collaboration with department heads, continuous improvement of training content, and staying updated with the latest technology trends will be key parts of the role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs for different departments. Create and update training materials (manuals, videos, presentations). Conduct assessments to measure employee understanding and proficiency. Collaborate with departments to assess and address training needs. Provide troubleshooting support and feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Certification in training or relevant systems, with experience in IT or software environments preferred. At least 1 year of experience in IT training or a similar role. Strong understanding of IT systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP). Experience in creating multimedia training content and using LMS platforms is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
