Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Experience & Skills Required: Perform weekly reconciliation of statements Allocate direct payments and match them with daily banking records Communicate with retailers to resolve any issues or claims Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts for timely payment Accurately process direct invoices and credit notes Enter pro forma invoices and credit requests from other departments Apply interest charges to accounts on a weekly basis Ensure daily transaction records are balanced correctly Prepare and send payment data for bank transmission, then reconcile afterwards Complete additional debtor-related tasks as assigned Qualifications : Matric Certificate Minimum 2 years experience APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
