Key Responsibilities to Elevate Your Career Full Accounting Function: Take charge of end-to-end accounting, including capturing purchase orders, raising invoices, preparing journals, and performing reconciliations Management Accounts: Prepare monthly management accounts for the parent entity and subsidiaries, and present key insights to senior management during monthly meetings Financial Statements & Audits: Ensure accurate preparation of annual financial statements and oversee annual audits by liaising with external accountants and auditors Systems & Process Improvement: Drive the implementation of accounting systems, policies, and procedural enhancements to boost efficiency and accuracy Investment Administration: Handle investment transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, related payments, and administration Debtors & Creditors Management: Oversee and maintain accurate records of debtors and creditors, ensuring timely payments and collections Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity partners and brokers, managing dividend payments, loan repayments, and interest payments in line with agreements Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets, interim forecasts, and cashflow reports while monitoring performance against actuals Treasury Management: Monitor and manage day-to-day cashflow to ensure financial stability and liquidity This role offers a unique blend of strategic and operational responsibilities, making it the perfect opportunity for a finance professional eager to make an impact Skills & Experience: Excellent communication Solutions driven Deadline driven Dealing with local and international entities Qualification: Degree articles 3 years commercial experience Contact CORNE JONKER on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF020123 .
