Control Room Operator

Monitoring Systems: Operate CCTV, access control systems, and other monitoring equipment to ensure round-the-clock surveillance. Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches. Alarm Response: Respond promptly to alarms or emergency signals by initiating appropriate actions and contacting the relevant personnel or authorities. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with on-site security teams, emergency responders, and supervisors. Log and report incidents accurately and in a timely manner. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all incidents, activities, and communications in control room logs. Adherence to Procedures: Follow company protocols and procedures for emergency situations and escalation processes. Equipment Management: Ensure all control room equipment is functioning correctly and report any technical issues. Matric Experience as a Control room operator Relevant security certifications are an advantage but not mandatory Basic computer literacy. Familiarity with CCTV and monitoring systems is a plus.
