Financial Manager

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and industry regulations. Youll work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights, manage cash flow, and optimize financial processes. Experience & Skills Required: BCom Accounting/Finance or related qualification. CA(SA) preferred. 58 years experience in a financial management role, ideally within mining or heavy industry. Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred). Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
