Venez vivre et contribuez à faire vivre notre engagement MovedByYou Main mission As a Global Patient Affairs Director - Oncology, within the oncology division of the Global Patient Affairs team, your main responsibilities will be: Contribute to the continuous development of the strategy related to Patient Affairs in oncology through the development of relationships with the international patient community (patient organisations and patients), Coordinate the collaboration between Patients / Patient organisation and the relevant departments (R&D, Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Compliance, Industry, Public Affairs) to take into account the vision of patient and their families in the Group's activities, Guarantee the quality and sustainability of relationships with international patient coalitions (and patients), in line with the group's strategy, in compliance with ethical and compliance rules. Responsibilities Defining priorities in terms of patient projects and initiatives within oncology, in particular in collaboration with the R&D, Medical and Marketing teams, Implementing the Patient/Patient organisation relations strategy throughout the drug life cycle, in particular from the development phases to post-launch (in particular patient preference studies, RWE, etc.) in line with the Group's Patient Affairs Strategy and oncology priorities, Identifying relevant contacts within the international patient community (in particular international or multi-country patient organisations, but also patient experts, patient forums, etc.) in oncology, Initiating and consolidating relationships with patient organisations and patient experts in oncology, and representing the group to them, Coordinate their involvement in the priority activities of the Group's relevant Departments (R&D, Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Public Affairs, Compliance), Support and advise the teams in this collaboration in order to ensure the establishment of ethical, transparent partnerships for the benefit of patients and the Group, Ensure the reporting of interactions with patient organisations within your scope and to ensure their declarations to the competent Authorities, in accordance with the Transparency and Compliance rules, in coordination with the Compliance departments of the headquarters and subsidiaries concerned, Monitor and inform of important events or developments identified in the context of your activities affecting the reputation of the Group (in the patient community) and/or the strategy in patient Engagement (or its implementation), Guarantee the quality and sustainability of relations with international patient organisations, in line with the Group's Patient Affairs strategy, in compliance with ethical and compliance rules. Contribution Implementation of the Patient Affairs strategy at Group level and its communication within the various Departments and with subsidiaries, Communication of the "voice of patient" within the group by regularly sharing the results of discussions and collaborations with patients. In addition to these missions and responsibilities, there are any specific missions that may be assigned by the Head of Patient Affairs in oncology or the Chief Patient Officer (participation in working groups or cross-functional projects, etc.) Profile Degree in life sciences (MS, PhD, MD, PharmD) Education in Public Affairs with solid experience in advocacy/patient engagement may be considered depending on the candidate's profile More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (patient affairs preferred) and/or within a patient organisation, preferably in oncology Experience is desired in a role with external exposure or in a cross-functional function in contact with relevant stakeholders internally and externally Skills Project management Ability to work in cross-functional teams Good knowledge of oncology and/or the patient community in general Good written and oral communication skills Capacity to synthesize and popularize technical and scientific information Fluency in English and ability to understand French Soft Skills Listening skills and very good interpersonal skills Proactive and adaptable, looking for compromises and solutions Communicate with tact and assertiveness Empathetic and committed to patients Result-oriented (for the group and patients) Strong personal and professional ethics Location Servier Global HQ Nous sommes engagés pour l’égalité des chances et le développement des talents dans toute leur diversité.
