What you will do This entity of the group, focused on present and future technological challenges, will allow you to evolve in an atmosphere stimulated by the search for performance aimed at ensuring the competitiveness of the transport offers of the Renault Trucks and Volvo Trucks brands. As part of a team of around 10 people with varied profiles, your role will consist of obtaining WVTA (World Vehicle Type Approval) approvals for our Medium Duty Volvo FL and FE vehicles. To do this, you rely on close collaboration with your fellow certification systems. You will be responsible for producing the Volvo CRP (Certification Release Plan) to communicate to our customers working for the brand. You will also have to obtain approvals attesting the conformity of our vehicles with applicable Mass & Dimensions regulations. For this, you will have to secure system certification in accordance with trucks evolutions introblocks milestones. In this job, some documentation supports such as Engineering Reports on additional Masses will also guide you and will have to be maintained at the same time. Finally, you will be the main contact in the certification team to answer Customer Adaptations needs. For this task, you will lead the identification of certification impacts with the team. These deliveries are to be secured towards different customers in our company, such as specific customer adaptations projects, Special Vehicle Development projects, and others. This work will be done in collaboration with the brand representatives, manufacturing representatives from Bourg-en-Bresse and Blainville, as well as engineering teams from St Priest. You will use a case manager as part of this activity. All of these activities will be performed in synergy with a similar team located in Goteborg/Sweden. You will be located in Lyon/St Priest and will have the opportunity to travel in France and abroad. Who are you?
