Our client is a highly respected M&A boutique firm based in Paris, specializing in mid-market transactions across various sectors, with a particular focus on Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT). With a reputation for delivering strategic advice and exceptional execution, they are seeking a talented M&A Associate to join their dynamic TMT team. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Execution : Support and lead key aspects of M&A deals, including deal origination, due diligence, valuation, and structuring. Industry Expertise : Conduct detailed market research and analysis on trends and developments in the TMT sector, providing insights that shape deal strategy. Financial Modelling : Build and review detailed financial models to assess transaction viability and support negotiations. Client Engagement : Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored advice and managing communication throughout the transaction process. Deal Documentation : Draft and review transaction-related documents including pitchbooks, information memorandums, and investment decks. Team Collaboration : Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, contributing to the firm's growth and success. Qualifications: Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&A, with a focus on the TMT sector, ideally within a boutique, investment bank, or advisory firm. Skills : Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of TMT industry dynamics. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Languages : Fluency in English and French is required. Characteristics : Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A team player with a high degree of professionalism.
