Mechanical Engineer Maidenhead Salary Dependent on Experience Our client, are recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team Mechanical Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: Create folding, bushing, and drawings and jig designs from existing files to assist manufacturing Conduct New Product Introduction (NPI) investigations Instruct and implement new manufacturing methods directly to router/works orders Review existing manufacturing processes and Implement improvements where, monitoring production to ensure quality Provide quotes when necessary to aid in the understanding of the NPI process and if commercial demand requires additional resources on quoting The ideal Mechanical Engineer will: Be proficient in 3D modelling software, CAD software Be able to develop solid models to create flat blank DXF and supportive engineering drawings from customer's solid model files Having worked in a hand on role would be beneficial Completed a technical (engineering-related) apprenticeship, engineering course or (Diploma/Degree) etc. Benefits: Competitive salary Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
