Lead impactful projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the strategic growth of the team while delivering technical excellence in highway and infrastructure schemes. Key Responsibilities Lead project management and delivery of highway schemes. Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth. Manage resources and contribute to business development. Ensure quality standards and maintain strong client relationships. Promote a health, safety, and welfare culture across all projects. What We’re Looking For Proven experience delivering highway schemes (local/national/private sector). Strong knowledge of DMRB and MCDHW. Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a degree in Civil Engineering.
