Valentino is looking for a SHIPMENT PLANNING MANAGER based in Valdagno (VI) or alternatively in Milan. Main task activities: Collect business requirements for deliveries from all relevant parties such as Merchandise, Retail Wholesales, and Ecommerce teams. Create and implement the HQ Distribution Shipments Plan, at channel, collection, and windows group level and events. Share the Shipments Plan contents with all relevant stakeholders, including Top Management, and effectively provide an overview of the status of deliveries to Stores/Clients and turnover targets. Identify and communicate possible criticalities in terms of production delays, warehouse capacity, and pick-up availabilities. Set outbound deliveries and returns priorities based on business needs and logistics lead times. Directly coordinate the logistics flow for priority items, focusing on both warehousing and transport activities. Daily monitor the Warehouse backlog and agree on the recovery plan as per business priorities. Periodically review the Centrale Warehouse release calendar and suggest and communicate possible changes. Collect and manage daily requests coming from Retail and Wholesale commercial teams and from Regional DCs. Periodically analyze the variance between the Shipments Plan forecast and the actual logistics performance. Maintain and develop Logistics KPIs and reports and periodically share the results with the Logistics Leaders. Job Requirements: At least 4/5 years of experience in similar roles. Fluent in Italian and English. Advanced Excel and BI Tools. Previous experience in Supply Chain management and in the Fashion Industry is a plus. Not mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Economics/Business, or a related field.
