Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role: Minimum Matric is essential. 3 Years experience in a similar role. A solid understanding of Project Administration is essential. Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe InDesign experience would be an advantage. Excellent attention to detail is essential. Have strong administrative and organisational skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have time management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Completing administrative functions pertaining to the compilation and submission of tenders and quotations. Capturing quotes and orders on system. Arranging weekly project meetings with all role-players, including the drafting of agendas and minute taking. Assisting the GM Sales with all project administration tasks. Managing vendor applications. Creating and managing client pricelist. Printing, scanning, binding and packing completed tender documentation. Carrying out duties over the above mentioned at the request from management when assigned to.
