Production Senior Engineer - Mining

Description: Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for a Production Senior Engineer to join their mining team. You will be responsible for managing underground plants and mobile machinery of shafts. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Mine Health and Safety Act and related regulations in infrastructure design and maintenance. Align change initiatives through structured change management. Use data insights and trends to optimize control systems and practices. Implement models to improve operational efficiency. Oversee quality processes and ensure adherence to TQM principles. Manage engineering contractors in underground operations. Provide effective maintenance for equipment and infrastructure within legal obligations. Streamline processes and resolve operational conflicts. Drive continuous improvement and enhance equipment reliability. Requirements: Grade 12 Degree (BSc. or BTech)/Diploma in Engineering GCC Mines & Works Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Section Engineer within the mining industry. Extensive experience in underground mechanized mining.
