Intermediate Systems Administrator

Responsibilities: Systems Administration: Assist in managing and maintaining Oracle WebLogic, Docker and Cloud servers. Monitor system performance (health checks etc.) and report issues to senior engineers. Learn and apply basic troubleshooting techniques. DevOps Practices: Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. Assist in automating deployment processes. Learn to support a variety of web and mobile applications Learn about containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Release Management: Support release planning and execution activities. Participate in testing and validation of software releases. Technical Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of Oracle WebLogic, Containerisation technologies, and DevOps tools processes and principles. Learn scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks. Stay curious and eager to learn new technologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in a technical role. Basic understanding of system administration concepts. Interest in DevOps and cloud technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
