Hiring: Graduate Client Account Onboarding FICA Administrator (Johannesburg) Overview We are looking for a Graduate Client Account Onboarding FICA Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to learn and gain experience in compliance and financial services, specifically FICA regulations. Key Responsibilities Learning & Development: Learn about FICA regulations and the onboarding process through training and hands-on experience. Client Onboarding Support: Assist in collecting and verifying client documentation (ID, proof of address) to ensure it meets FICA requirements. FICA Documentation Review: Help review client documents for accuracy and completeness. Regulatory Compliance Assistance: Support compliance checks and assist with client verification. Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Enter and maintain client information in our systems. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to request missing or incorrect documents. Risk Assistance: Learn to identify potential high-risk clients and escalate concerns to senior staff. Team Collaboration: Work with other teams like legal, compliance, and sales to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Qualifications & Experience Educational Background: Recent graduate with a degree in Compliance, Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: No prior work experience needed. Internships or projects in compliance or finance are a plus. Skills & Competencies: Interest in learning about FICA, KYC, and compliance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
