📍 Location : Mauritius - The role is based in Mauritius with travel being part of the role. What Youll Do: Drive strategic financial planning and operational efficiency. Lead month-end reporting , audits, and internal control enhancements. Implement advanced systems and processes to optimize performance. Provide strategic insights to executive leadership. Manage deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail. What Were Looking For: 10 years in financial management, with experience in real estate or property management . Expertise in GAAP/IFRS standards and financial software as well as regulatory knowledge. A strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and exceptional leadership abilities.
