F&I Assistant

The F&I Assistant supports the F&I Business Manager in managing all aspects of the finance and insurance process within the dealership. The role involves administrative tasks, liaising with financial institutions, assisting customers with required documentation, and ensuring that the dealership's F&I procedures run smoothly. The F&I Assistant plays an essential role in improving the efficiency of the F&I department and enhancing customer satisfaction. Minimum of 1-5 years experience as an F&I Assistant, preferably in a multi-franchise dealership setting. Strong knowledge of F&I processes, vehicle financing, insurance products, and dealership operations. Proven track record of generating revenue through product sales and finance deals.
