Our client is seeking two reliable and dedicated Control Room Operators to join their security team in Mossel Bay . As a Control Room Operator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of our clients. Ideal candidates will be flexible, have a strong attention to detail, and be available for shift work, including public holidays and the festive season. Key Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras, alarms, and systems. Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with on-site personnel. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities. Ensure communication is effective between the control room, security staff, and clients. Requirements: Must reside in or near Mossel Bay. Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and the festive season. Preferably have own transport. Prior experience in a control room or security role is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
