Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Procurement Department. Assist with purchasing activities, ensuring timely supplier follow-ups. Maintain precise records and documentation. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations. Approach assigned tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) qualification. Minimum of 12 months' work experience in a related role (buying/procurement experience not mandatory). Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Ability to adapt to various environments and personalities.
