Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: Schedule appointments and manage calendars for healthcare providers. Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing necessary information Doing medical aid accounts and sending them electronically Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls as well as theatre bookings and authorizations Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, and report generation. Adhere to healthcare regulations and protocols. The following experience is required: 2 years experience in an administrative support role. Proven experience as a Medical Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within a healthcare setting. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with medical software. Experience in handling telephonic queries Administration functions as required
