Job Description

Minimum requirements: Proven experience as a sales representative (industry-specific not mandatory) Minimum qualification Matric Certificate Ownership of a reliable vehicle for daily use. Exceptional ability to build and maintain productive relationships. Highly motivated, with a results-oriented mindset. Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Effective time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Skilled in tailoring presentations to audience-specific needs. Open to feedback and skilled in relationship management. Willing to travel to outlying areas (Northwest monthly / Zambia quarterly). Key Responsibilities: Represent the brand by presenting, promoting, and selling products to distributors and end users. Foster distributor growth through targeted end-user engagement. Develop in-depth product knowledge via training and independent research. Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships. Generate and pursue customer leads, including cold calling. Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and departments to coordinate sales strategies. Analyse market potential and track sales metrics using CRM software Report insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends to management. Actively seek feedback to enhance performance and results. Stay informed on regional trends, opportunities, and events.
