Senior Business Consultant - Mining Industry - Remote

Skills & Attributes for Success: As a high performing professional, it will be important to build deep trusted client relationships, whilst being a well organised self-starter who can manage their own workload and those of team members. You will be expected to be a good project manager that can plan complicated programmes of work and stick to critical deadlines whilst managing the commercial relationship with the companies clients. Example skills and attributes are below: - Identify business issues and create compelling high level business cases - Managing senior clients across multiple delivery projects - Design and implement digital change - Be aware of Global trends in automation, leading practice, and innovation - Design and execute "design led solution" workshops - Re-design complex business processes - Define information and data requirements that meet the digital needs of the companies clients - Understand Cloud technologies and their capabilities - Design and oversee one or more AGILE implementations - Have a strong background in analysis and the used of tools to diagnose business model improvements and protect against risk Client related domain experience - Mining and commodity related operational improvement - Supply chain and logistics digital operational process improvement, outside of implementing traditional ERP systems Background Experience: - Worked in a consulting environment, with excellent experience of client relationship management, deal origination, selling and solution design for complex business process improvement - Strong track record of completing complex analysis and presenting impactful messages to senior stakeholders - Oversight of more than one project being delivered to customers at the same time - Strong commercial acumen linked to achieving client outcomes - Demonstrates strong versatility and can thrive in innovative situations - An expert in your chosen sector or digitisation competence Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree: Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Professional Certifications: Industry-specific certifications are optional and not mandatory: o Project Management Professional (PMP) o Certified Management Consultant (CMC) o Consulting industry awards o Six Sigma / Lean Certifications o ITIL Certifications
