Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services. Ensure compliance with hotel standards, health, safety, and cleanliness protocols. Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet or exceed luxury standards. Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment. Address and resolve guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally. Prepare schedules and allocate tasks effectively to meet daily operational needs. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Qualifications: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury or five-star setting. Impeccable grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills. A strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards. Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team effectively. Proficient in housekeeping software and basic computer applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
