Job Description

Do you enjoy resolving IT challenges in a multicultural environment? We are looking for a Service Desk Operator who excels at user support and problem-solving to support European Institutions with IT services. Here’s what you’ll be doing: You will be the first point of contact for users across Europe, handling calls and emails with a focus on providing friendly and efficient assistance. You will manage incoming incidents, assess them, and try to resolve issues directly. When needed, you'll escalate incidents to the appropriate support teams. You’ll offer specialized support to high-profile users, including Deputies, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Your input will help expand our knowledge base, supporting both your team and the broader organization in handling future challenges. What we’re looking for: Fluent in English and French. German is a plus. At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred, allowing you to handle a variety of issues with confidence. Knowledge of ticketing systems and ITIL processes will help you stay organized and effective. You thrive in a collaborative, international setting where working together is key to success.
