DevOps Engineer

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our UniQue team in Strasbourg We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Application Support, Build, and Deployment Specialist with experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and ServiceMesh technologies to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, deployment, and support of applications in an on-premises VMware environment. What will you be doing in this role: Design, build, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Ansible, Jenkins, and Argo CD for efficient and automated software deployment. Provide deployment support across environments, leveraging Red Hat Cluster Manager for orchestration and Openshift/Kubernetes for containerization and application deployment. Work with Docker and Openshift to build, deploy, and manage containerized applications. Configure and support ServiceMesh technology, ensuring secure and efficient service communication in microservices architectures. Handle deployments and builds in an on-prem VMware environment. Participate in design discussions and provide technical recommendations for CI/CD, infrastructure, and application deployment. Provide ongoing support for applications after deployment, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization. Leverage tools such as SonarQube for quality assurance, ensuring the integrity and security of deployed code. Provide hands-on support to the deployment team, including participating in troubleshooting sessions and reviewing infrastructure-related documentation. Interpret the application development, operations, and infrastructure implications of proposed solutions. Utilize architect solutions to implement end-to-end technology solutions that address client business challenges. Assess and optimize IT infrastructure, operations, and service delivery to improve efficiency and performance.
