Our Major Projects activity is recruiting an: Interface Manager H/F Based in Lyon, Gerland district (69) close to metro – tram Regular travel (France and England) As part of the HK5311.3 contract for the design of lighting and power socket systems for the construction of two new EPRs at Hinkley Point C in England, the responsibilities of the Interface Manager are as follows: Understand and master the contract and its technical scope. Understand and master the scope limits of the contract, the responsibility matrix, and all interfaces with other contracts. Understand and master the study sequence and how and when input data from other contracts are integrated into this sequence. Track and monitor the input data received from other contracts and alert on any delays that could impact our delivery dates. Analyze all data from other contracts (maturity, completeness, inconsistencies, or missing information, etc.). Participate in drafting all contractual communications regarding interface subjects. Participate in the costing of all additional works related to changes in input data from other contracts. Track and manage all informal communications between other contracts and INEO, drafting all technical questions and responding to technical inquiries from other contracts in interface. Be the primary contact for all other contracts in interface and link with the design office and project team. Lead all workshops and regular meetings with other contracts. Your profile? You speak English fluently to communicate daily with all project stakeholders. Your experience has allowed you to acquire solid technical knowledge (electrotechnics) to respond to inquiries and engage with our design offices on encountered issues. Experience in a design office and/or in a client interface role on complex projects will be valued. Interested in this position?
