Our Sustainability Department recently created is looking for an ESG Specialist to support the Global Head of Sustainability. Main missions : Support overall the roll out of the sustainability roadmap and the compliance towards all regulations (TCFD, CSRD, Taxonomy, loi climat, CS3D etc.) Monitor the ESG customer data base to keep it up to date (tool improvement, data update, user request management) Drive & work on different initiatives to implement LEM’s sustainability roadmap to reach our net zero targets and social goals (scope 1 and 2 reduction, employee commuting, sustainable procurement, Gender Gap Analysis, waste management etc.). Lead the sustainability disclosure through external rater: from data collection, submission and improvement action plan definition: Ecovadis (June), CDP (September), UNGC (June), SAQ Initiate and lead the SBTi certification process for the whole group Support in the development of employee awareness initiatives on sustainability e.g. Climate Fresk roll out, sustainability event organization, various communication. Technical and Personal skills: 2 year of experience in Sustainability Fluent English Proficiency in the Office Suite incl. PowerBI At ease with data management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactivity, autonomy, ability to work remotely and in a multi-cultural environment Knowledge of international standards and best practices related to all aspects of sustainability Be well informed about sustainability issues and trends, and open to continuous learning
