YOU WILL Goodness & Co is recruiting an Impact Maker (M/F) to guide business in their transformation for positive impact: Support clients in becoming impact-led companies, including transitioning to “ Entreprise à Mission ” or obtaining the B Corp certification Support in developing and implementing sustainability strategies to address social and environmental challenges at the core of business models Establish more collaborative and inclusive governance structures to fully engage employees, partners, and stakeholders Understand clients’ environments and cultures and carry out market studies and research Contribute to the drafting of deliverables or commercial proposals Collect, analyze, and process data (e.g., surveys) Ensure reporting on all client projects, including business cases. Our offices are based in Lyon and remote work is possible sometimes. Job based in Lyon. What we’re looking for above all is a proactive, rigorous and enthusiastic candidate, capable of managing cross-functional topics. A master’s degree in business school/University/Science Po or equivalent 3-5 years’ prior experience, preferably in challenging corporate environment, or in strategic consultancy. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, given the international dimension of our ecosystem and clients. Strong ambition to make business a force for good. With curiosity and interest in sustainability and impact issues Dynamic, ambitious, rigorous, with a strong taste for analysis and a good ability to synthesize information Creativity and initiative Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on several topics Deep knowledge of the Office pack (particularly PowerPoint) Autonomy and ability to work in an agile and flexible team environment J-18808-Ljbffr
