EUC - Desktop/Network Onsite Support

We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, servers, networks, and data center technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently, we are looking for an IT Technician for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients. Currently, we have the below full-time contract position: Site Address: Charles Friedel | CS 30009 F-67017 Strasbourg Cedex Should have a valid work permit preferably PR/Citizen to work as an independent contractor with us. Requirements: To have transportation (car) to go on site. Working hours start 8 am till 5 pm (1 hour lunch break). To speak the local language at a high level and English too. To have some experience with the technologies used at the client place. Configure, repair, or replace end-user workplace devices like laptops, monitors, tablets, and smartphones. Knowledge of Citrix, thin clients, and basic network (Cisco). Knowledge of Windows OS, Office (some via O365/Azure), Exchange, and SCCM. Availability: The engineer must be reachable during weekends; 10% of workload is in Erembodegem/Aalst. Exceptional activities on weekends or extra required days. To have the personal safety gear to work in an industrial environment. The candidate must complete a plan of prevention course in the first weeks after starting due to special requirements at this location.
