Head of Transformation Services Our client is a leading global consulting and software services company, helping their clients transform their IT operations and business processes. Backed by one of Europe’s leading growth buy-out Funds, the business has undergone significant organic and acquisitive growth, with operations now spanning Europe and USA. In response to this growth the business is now seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Transformation Services to lead and expand their IT and business transformation services. Role Overview This is a pivotal role in shaping the business’ transformation offering, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As the Head of Transformation Offer, you will structure and enhance solutions, leveraging the existing portfolio and developing new offerings to address critical areas such as governance, processes, organizational redesign, AI, security, and data and reporting. You will also play a key role in scaling a high-performing team of transformation consultants , ensuring they are equipped with the right capabilities to deliver exceptional results to our clients. Key Responsibilities; Strategic Offering Development; leverage existing packaged solutions (e.g., Cloud Transformation, ITSM Transformation) while identifying opportunities for innovation, particularly incorporating AI-driven solutions to deliver comprehensive IT and business transformation based on existing software and adjacent technologies. Holistic Transformation Solutions; design and deliver end-to-end transformation frameworks, including governance models, process optimization, organizational redesign, AI integration and reporting capabilities and integrate technical and business transformation into a unified value proposition for clients. Collaboration with Practices and Go-to-Market Strategy; partner with internal practices (e.g., Cloud Transformation, ITSM) to align on methodologies and delivery frameworks. Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for the transformation offering, ensuring seamless integration with the business’ broader service portfolio. Team Scaling and Capability Building; build and scale a high – performing team of transformation consultants with the right skills and capabilities to deliver transformative outcomes. Client Engagement and Delivery; serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and the transformation roadmap. Key Skills and Experience; Expertise in Transformation; demonstrated ability to design and lead IT and business transformation programs. Entrepreneurial Mindset; experience building and scaling service offerings, with a focus on client-centric and results-driven solutions. Leadership and Collaboration; exceptional collaboration skills to work across global practices and drive alignment on strategic objectives. Team Development and Talent Management; proven track record in building and scaling high-performing consulting teams.
