Location: 6 Rue Jean-Calvin, Paris, France Minos Biosciences is on the path to bridge molecular and cell biology in a manner never achieved before that will, in turn, allow scientists to uncover the full understanding of cell diversity and dynamics. By combining multi-omics analysis with functional analysis at cell resolution and at high throughput, Minos’ solution represents a paradigm shift in single-cell analysis, opening new frontiers in life science research, precision medicine and diagnostics. Spin-off from ESPCI Paris PSL, Minos Biosciences technology combines state-of-the-art microfluidics, molecular biology, image analysis and bioinformatics to operate an innovative microfluidic platform coupling fluorescent imaging with barcoded NGS. Minos Biosciences is a challenging environment to learn and grow within an unprecedented technological framework. Bioimage Analyst We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to conduct bioimage analyses in our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from a substantial volume of single-cell multi-channel fluorescence-based microscopy images across various projects. The successful candidate will be able to conciliate challenging on-demand quick and dirty analyses with more robust developments in the perspective of software creation. Overall, he/she will contribute to R&D progress but also extend our groundbreaking technology adoption potential. Responsibilities Conduct varied bioimage analysis tasks and enhance data acquisition strategy Develop, implement, and optimise robust data processing infrastructures and workflows to provide comprehensive understanding of in-house R&D data Collaborate on shaping Minos Biosciences’ software proposal Communicate results and collaborate in a pluridisciplinary team as well as with academic and industrial collaborators Qualifications MS/PhD in bioimage analysis or 3 years in a similar role Proficiency in machine learning model training, framework setup and deployment Exposure to software development is a plus Familiarity with sequencing data projects, especially single-cell, is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and convey technical information Ability for multitasking and capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Flexible, strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset to provide innovative solutions in a highly pluridisciplinary environment Employment Type: Permanent (CDI) Package: Competitive salary (according to professional experience) Tickets Restaurant J-18808-Ljbffr
