Job Description

Product Manager- FT Up to £60,000 (Dependent on Experience) Bristol (Hybrid) Harnham are very excited to be partnering with a Leading Software company. THE COMPANY This position offers a chance to join a Leading Software company. The company produces localisation products for robotics systems. Their software is sold in a B2B space, and they are looking to optimise their product strategy to stay ahead of their competitors. They have about 60 team members globally, with 25 in the UK-based team. THE ROLE As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy and assisting in the ideation of products. The position will include; Understanding product performance Overseeing the testing of the product Daily Management and co-ordination of several scrum teams Managing various stakeholder relationships Leading incremental program planning Market analysis SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Some of the following skills and experience would be ideal, however they are open, and candidates don't need to tick every box: Strong Communication Skills 2 years of experience in a product management or product ownership position Understanding of the robotics products space Understanding of both software and hardware products Passion for Robotics A software or hardware engineering background would be ideal Benefits The successful candidate will receive up to £60,000 a year dependent on experience Team Lunches 28 days Holiday bank holidays Flexible working hours Pension Scheme Private Medical The Process 1st stage- 1 hour interview with the Hiring manager 2nd stage- Interview with the Hiring manager and the Senior Product Manager
