Job Title: Precision Fitter Job Type: Permanent Salary: £32K per annum (D.O.E) 18% Shift Allowance Location: Severn Beach, Bristol Assembly Fitters required for an engineering & manufacturing company based in Severn Beach, Bristol. As an Assembly Technician, you must have a strong background within mechanical assembly, precision fitting. You must be able to read and understand schematics. Previous experience of bench assembly & fitting. Ability to build machine sub-assemblies following engineering drawings & schematics. Role & Responsibilities: Build & put together machine sub-assemblies Machine build Precision assembling & fitting Detail precision fitting Ability to work to tight very tight tolerances Knowledge of pneumatics is essential Ability to use various hand tools such as spanners, screw drivers, ratchet sets, pipe bending & swaging tools.
